By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms:
1. Nature of products
• Flower products are fresh and prepared upon request
• Flower types, colors, or arrangements may vary depending on availability
• Such variations are normal and not considered a defect
2. Cancellation and modification
• Orders can only be canceled before preparation begins
• After production has started, cancellation, modification, or refund is not possible
3. Returns and exchanges
• All flower products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
• Customized orders (such as printing) cannot be returned or modified
4. In case of damage
• In case of clear damage upon delivery, contact must be made within 24 hours
• The situation will be assessed by the store, and an appropriate decision will be made
5. Cash amounts (gifts)
• Any added cash amount is part of the gift bouquet
• It is provided by the store as part of the order
• It is not considered a money transfer or a service for receiving funds on behalf of others
6. Colors and shades
• Colors are shown approximately through images or descriptions
• The actual shade may vary depending on lighting, flower type, or screen display
• Each person may perceive colors differently, and this is not considered a defect
• The customer is responsible for ensuring the preferred shade based on displayed images or by visiting the store for precise selection
7. Images and arrangements
• Displayed images are for illustration purposes only
• The final product design or arrangement may vary depending on material availability and execution
8. Flower availability and seasons
• Flower availability depends on season and market conditions
• The store reserves the right to substitute flowers with similar ones in value and appearance if unavailable
9. Printing and customization
• Orders with printing or customization are final
• They cannot be modified or refunded after production begins
• The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the entered text
• Printing includes one word free of charge only
• Additional words incur extra charges per word
• If additional fees are not paid, only the first word will be printed without further notice
10. Care after delivery
• The store is not responsible for any damage after delivery due to misuse or failure to follow care instructions

• If delivery cannot be completed, redelivery may be rescheduled with additional fees

6. Delivery completion

7. Seasons and occasions
• During peak seasons and occasions, delivery times may be adjusted due to order volume
• Delivery is guaranteed within the scheduled period, not necessarily at an exact time
1. Order refusal or cancellation
• The store reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of uncontrollable circumstances or incomplete information
